Full & Part House Clearance

We understand that clearing a property can be a stressful time. Our clearance process has been designed with this in mind to ensure the job is completed in an efficient, professional & respectful manner.

Step 1 - We provide a free no obligation quotation service- simply send us a picture of each room via whatsapp/email, or book us for a home visit.​

Step 2 - Book in on a day/time that suits you- we can collect & deliver the property key if you are unable to meet us at the property.

 

You will have a clearance leader that will confirm all details prior to completion day.​

Step 3 -  Upon completion, you will receive your Environmental Trade Waste receipt under our licence number CBDU488629. You will also receive your invoice- ideal for probate/solicitor use.

Step 4 -  Feedback & Customer Care- If you do require any further services such as cleaning, bereavement & probate services, we can refer you to one of our business partners that most suits your needs.
